Blah blah, it's really not worth displaying beautiful books on bread including one on the famous poilane bread, to serve at the beginning of the week pastries that date from the day before or before yesterday ... I I got two times, I had the chance to fall one day (probably a weekend) on fresh croissants, very good, hence my obstinacy to return two more times.

it's been 2 times that I have been had with the almond croissant. The one this morning was really hard like rock, dry and there was almost no almond butter. When I came back to notify the seller, she told me that it was due to their cooking, the fact that it was so hard. Really very bad service. it was probably a crescent of several days. Really not edible, I gave it to the dog. I will not go back for sure. Long live La Farandole in Ste-Adèle, the almond croissants are sublime, even those from the day before sold at a discount.

I often buy bread from this bakery ... they are addictive and after that we can not consume other products. They are all excellent. The bakery is far from home but the breads are available at Bourrassa. To try them is to eat them for life ... Congratulations on your excellent work.
